In these pictures I am eating lunch behind the register in the old comics side of the St. Marks Comics. I'm fat too from being depressed and miserable, knowing full well that my life was shit. If you think I am being a bad employee to eat right at the register I will have you know this: We did NOT get lunch breaks at St. Marks Comics and believe it or not I was the luckiest of the bunch on these particular days. I got to sit down on a chair while I ate! Most of the time we had to eat while standing up continuing to help customers! Oh yeah and we weren't allowed to get our own food. We had to pick one person to go on a food run. Then we would pick what we wanted from one location and give them the money to go get it. Our boss Mitch had an office that he called "the pit" where he could eat whatever he wanted in peace while listening to the Mets games. We did have one fifteen minute break where we could actually leave the store. Those were always great. I usually made it to the corner of the crowded street before I had to come right back.
